Welcome, CPS parents! We've included here the forms and other information you need to participate fully in academic life at CPS. You'll also find a link to the handbook, academic calendar, and uniform supplier. Please let us know if we can answer any questions related to the information found here.

Note: The 2011-2012 CPS parent/student handbook is now available from the Handbook link. You need to read the handbook and print out page 41, the parent acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to the policies in the handbook and the photo consent, as well as the fundraising agreement. (This page is also listed on the Forms page.) Return the signed form to the CPS office before August 31.
