Cecilia R. Feliciano

Biography

Mrs. Cecilia R. Feliciano is a native of Cali, Colombia with a Master’s Degree in Education with emphasis is Spanish language education and Latin American studies resulting from combined studies at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama and the University of Veracruz in Mexico. Her undergraduate degree In Elementary and Early Childhood was completed at the University of West Florida in Pensacola. Ms. Feliciano also obtained the title of National Board Certified Teacher in World Languages other than English.

She was the chair of the Foreign Language Department at T.R. Miller High School in Brewton, Alabama for ten years prior to beginning her work as a Spanish language instructor at Allen D. Nease High School where she worked from 2003 until 2017.

 For the last two years Mrs. Feliciano has worked as a real estate agent, as a substitute teacher for the St. Johns County schools, and St. Joseph Academy, and as a Spanish teacher working with adult students for the St. Johns County Continuing Education Program.

Ms. Feliciano is very happy and excited to be a valued member of the CPS team and to have a positive impact for her students.
