Jordan Verdugo

After Care & Summer Camp Assistant

Biography

Jordan Verdugo is a member of our aftercare and summer camp program at Cathedral Parish School. She moved to St. Augustine, FL in 2014 and attended CPS for her 8th grade year. Jordan graduated from high school last year. She is currently a student at St. Johns River State College and is seeking her Associates Degree. After Jordan graduates from St. Johns she is going to transfer to Flagler College to get her degree in Elementary Education and Religion/Philosophy so that one day she can become a teacher in Elementary Education.

 

Jordan attends mass regularly at Santa Maria Del Mar and is a lector. She is also a catechist at St. Anastasia Catholic Church for the 1st grade class and has been a catechist for 3 years now. A big part of Jordan’s life is her faith and her goal in life is to bring people and kids closer to Christ by putting Him first in all that she does.

 

While she is working in the aftercare program she loves to play games with the kids whatever they to play she will do it to make them happy. Jordan loves working at CPS and the kids, her favorite part about working in the aftercare and summer camp program is making bonds with the kids as well as getting to know them better.
