Ms. Martinez is excited to join CPS as a new teacher. Born and raised in Gainesville, Florida, she now lives in St. Augustine. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Walden University with a degree in Elementary Education. She is also a proud mom to a wonderful four-year-old daughter who is enrolled in VPK at CPS. Her daughter keeps her active, inspires her every day, and always brings a smile to her face. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Martinez enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, and creating fun crafts.

Ms. Martinez is passionate about helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally while creating a classroom environment where every child feels welcomed, respected, supported, and encouraged to do their best. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with her students and their families and making this a wonderful year filled with learning, growth, and memorable experiences!
