David McCauley, Maintenance Technician, comes to CPS with experience in plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance (repairs on buildings, including roof, siding, kitchen equipment and irrigation). David is also proficient in the operation of air conditioning systems (large & small) and refrigeration equipment.  His certifications include HVAC repair, electrical contracting and plumbing.

David is also knowledgeable of federal and state regulations and is extremely knowledgeable in OSHA environmental protection.
