Gold Level Title Sponsorship Includes three (3) foursomes with registration gift packages with CPS Golf Polo’s, one (1) Hole Sponsor, and Banner Recognition at the Registration Area and Awards Banquet. Sponsorship Amount: $5,000.

 

Silver Level Sponsorship Includes two (2) foursomes with registration gift packages with CPS Golf Polo’s, one (1) Hole Sponsor, and Banner Recognition at the Registration Area and Awards Banquet. Sponsorship Amount: $2,500.

 

Bronze Level Sponsorship Includes one (1) foursome with registration gift packages, one (1) Hole Sponsor, and Banner Recognition at the Registration Area and Awards Banquet. Sponsorship Amount: $1,000.

Player Registration Fee of $125 per golfer will cover cart, green fees, range balls, tournament golf gift bag, and dinner at the awards reception.

 

Donation Only Donation of a gift or gift certificate to be used as a raffle prize at the awards dinner.
