Biography
I am very excited to be the middle school religion teacher at CPS! Teaching grades 6-8 about our faith is truly a dream come true for me.
Before I started teaching, I worked in hospital administration as a business manager and served as a director for Catholic Charities, where I helped care for people in need. I've always believed that our faith should lead us to serve other with love and compassion. I earned my college degree in sociology from the University of Dayton (Go Flyers!) and completed my master's in business administration. I'm currently completing my Masters in Theology and Ministry at Boston College, where I study the Church, Scripture, and how we grow closer to God through community.
I'm also a proud dad of two amazing daughters who keep me laughing and learning every day.
In my religion classes, I want every student to know that their story matters and that God is always with them. We'll explore how Catholic faith connects to our daily lives, how we can work for justice and peace, and how to ask big questions about God, the Church, and who we are called to be in the world.
I love making space for real conversations, joyful prayer, and helping students discover more deeply, God and our Catholic faith.
