Taylor Verdugo is part of our Aftercare and Summer Camp program. She also does VPK Wrap Around Care, along with teaching 1st-grade Religion. She is working on obtaining her A.A. Degree through Daytona State College. After she receives her degree, she plans on working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology. 

 

Taylor’s faith has a crucial role in who she is. She is a lector and a catechist at Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church. She enjoys helping kids grow closer to Christ. As she takes on this new role of teaching 1st-grade Religion, Taylor is excited to help the students grow in their understanding of their faith and in their relationship with God. In Aftercare she enjoys playing games outside with the kids along with helping them with their homework. While in the VPK classroom, Taylor enjoys seeing them create strong friendships with each other.
